As an air ambulance charity, we rely on donations and fundraising to continue delivering life-saving pre-hospital critical care across Dorset and Somerset. Each mission costs around £3,500, and every penny raised through your sponsorship helps keep our helicopter flying and our critical care team responding when they are needed most. You don't need football skills or experience to take part. This challenge is about having fun, getting active and helping save lives. How it works Step 1: Sign up Create your JustGiving fundraising page and join the challenge for free. Step 2: Start kicking Track your keepy uppies between 11 June–19 July. Step 3: Share and fundraise Ask friends, family and supporters to sponsor your challenge. Step 4: Celebrate your achievement Raise £35 and receive an exclusive DSAA mini football as a thank you. Everyone who signs up and activates their fundraising page will also be entered into a draw to win a signed AFC Bournemouth football. Every keepy uppy and every donation helps make a difference. Start fundraising FAQs Do my keepy uppies have to be consecutive? No. You can build up your total over time in whatever way works best for you. Do I have to complete all 3,000? No. We would love people to aim high, but this challenge is about taking part your way. Whether you complete 30, 300 or 3,000, you are still making a difference – and joining in with the fun! Can children take part? Yes. This challenge is family-friendly and suitable for young supporters. Adult supervision is recommended where appropriate. Can teams, schools or club take part? Yes. You can take part on your own or as part of a group, such as a school, youth team, workplace or community club. Do I need to be good at football? Not at all. This challenge is all about taking part, having fun and supporting your local air ambulance charity. You don't even need to use a proper football - you can use a mini football or any ball that works for you! How much fundraising do I need to do? There is no minimum fundraising target. We encourage everyone to ask for sponsorship by sharing their page and form with friends and family. Every donation helps keep our helicopter flying.
