Every bag of clothing makes a difference — and it’s easy to get involved. Our textile banks are located across Dorset and Somerset and are usually in locations that are easily accessible to the general public.

Steering away from landfill

Our textile banks are collected and managed by Recycling Solutions, a family-run recycling company established in 2007. They specialise in working with air ambulance charities across the UK, supporting sustainable fundraising through textile recycling.

With over 1,000 clothing banks in operation, Recycling Solutions processes thousands of kilograms of clothing each week. Known for their excellent service and strong partnerships, they are proud members of the Textile Recycling Association and the Institute of Fundraising. Recycling Solutions' commitment to sustainability and ethical recycling was recognised with a King’s Award for Enterprise in 2024.

What you can donate

Please make sure your items are clean, dry, and in good condition. We gladly accept:

Clothing (all ages and sizes)
Paired shoes
Handbags
Belts

What we can’t accept

To help us make the most of your donations and reduce waste, please do not put the following into our banks:

Damaged or dirty clothing
Items contaminated with paint, oil, or other substances
Duvets or pillows
Uniforms or fabric scraps (including cut-out logos)
