Our 5K Twilight Shift returns for its fourth year to Henstridge Airfield on the 5^th of July 2025 - and you are invited to join us!

Start your evening right with a fun and friendly 5K run, jog or walk around our airbase. You can enter as an individual, a family, or a group; take part as a serious runner, use it as a team-building exercise, or simply enjoy yourself and stretch those legs.

This year is our 25^th birthday, and we invite you to celebrate with us at our most exciting event of the season. We’re hoping for a glorious English summer, so come along to see in the sunset on what promises to be a beautiful late afternoon in July. Twilight 2025 is all about fun, so why not go all out in fancy dress!? Maybe a jaunty hat or a feather boa could be your signature look on the track? It’s a birthday party after all! Or, if you are a more experienced 5K runner and want to get serious, how about carrying a bit of extra weight, just like the air ambulance team need to do when they are attending an incident. We want you to make the Twilight Shift your own, and we can’t wait to see how to choose to show up and tackle your 5K!

Twilight Shift is an event for everyone, and it isn’t competitive - so clock up the kilometres at whatever pace you desire. Whether you walk, run or jog, you will be raising money to keep us flying for the next 25 years and beyond.

Hot off the press: the first 100 adults to sign up will receive a free T-shirt! We hope that anyone who is fortunate to gain a place (and one of our highly coveted T-shirts), will use the opportunity to raise a minimum of £50 in sponsorship.
